    Every order arrives with its mode (immediate or same-day priority) and its deadline. You see it on each order.

    You keep a deposit that backs your dispatches. If it falls below the minimum set for your area, your account pauses until you top it up.

How much does a sales package cost?

You see it in your dashboard before buying. It varies by country.

What happens if I edit a product?

The businesses selling it review the change before republishing. Orders on the way do not change.

Do I ship the order?

No. A driver picks up the order at your warehouse. You just mark it ready.

Is Colibrí my partner or my customer?

Neither. Colibrí is a technology platform. You sell on your own and use the platform as an independent person or company. There is no labor or corporate relationship.

Which products can I sell?

Non-perishable products. Food products will be enabled later.
