Privacy policy

1. What data we collect

On the public site: the country you choose (cookie), the language, your approximate city from your IP address and, only if you tap “Use my location” and allow it, your coordinates to suggest a city. On the waitlist: your WhatsApp number, your city, the user type and, if you give it, your email. On the wholesaler request: company name, tax ID, email, WhatsApp and categories.

In the apps: your account details, orders, addresses, payments and, for drivers and wholesalers, the identity and company documents needed for verification.

2. What we use it for

To show you the site in your language and country, tell you when Colibrí opens in your city, review wholesaler requests, run orders, payments and deliveries, verify identities, handle claims and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Cookies

The site uses one technical cookie (colibri_country) to remember the country you chose for one year. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Who we share it with

With providers that help us operate: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and database), Google Maps (geocoding), Resend (transactional email) and the payment processor enabled in the country (payments). Each provider handles data under its own terms and only to provide us the service.

We share with the business, wholesaler or driver only the data needed to prepare and deliver your order.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until we open in your city and let you know, or until you ask us to delete it. Account and order data is kept while the account is active and for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@viacolibri.com. We will handle your request under the law applicable in your country.
